Hello.

We're Building the Future of Water & Sanitation One Woman at a Time...Join Us!

Her2O is a membership-based network focusing on creating a more diverse, inclusive and gender equitable water and sanitation sector. While we have all types of diversity, equity and inclusion programs and services, our primary focus is on recruiting, integrating, supporting and retaining women in the water and sanitation sector.

A place for women to connect, gain new skills, support one another and take time out of their busy lives to share successes and challenges, learn from each other and nurture friendships. It is also a place for men and non-binary individuals to learn about the unique challenges women face, how to be an ally, and share their own challenges as a person who does not identify as a female in the sector.

Membership is open to all people. You do not have to identify as a woman to join. You also don't have to be a water and sanitation professional to join, you simply have to support our cause. What brings our members together is a desire and willingness to be open to new experiences and ways of thinking, to support each other and have lots of laughs along the way!
