I am Wather® Services

Being a woman in the water and sanitation sector brings unique challenges that require support and recognition from others in the same situation or who have come before you. For example, in some parts of the world women spend 200 million hours every day fetching water, and they spend 266 million hours every day finding a place to relieve themselves. In other parts of the world women are desperate to figure out how to effectively pump and store breast milk while in the field or how to confront a biased coworker. I am wather focuses on advocacy, support, and recognizing the great achievements of women in this sector through awards.

I am wather members are girls, young women and women in the field of water management.
